Cognition Consultants (CC) was born about 18 months back i.e. on 1st July, 2007 with the coming together of Mr. Swarajit Mazumdar and Mr. Govindaraju Jayanth.

Equipped with more than 25 years of experience in the field of HR development and management, he has been associated with some of the big names to reckon with in the corporate world viz. RPG group, Reliance, British Oxygen, Shaw Wallace etc. CC under the tutelage of Mr. Mazumdar was meant to emerge as an organization which could provide excellent executive search and HR consulting to the various industries across the nation.

The organization obtained added fortification from Mr. G. Jayanth. An engineer academically, Mr. Jayanth possesses sounds hands-on experience and expertise in market research and consulting.

From a two-member team, CC today proudly and deservingly possesses a group of about 12 people, each of whom have gained necessary expertise in specializing to catering to such diverse areas like Real Estate and Infrastructure, Engineering and Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Retail, to name a few.

True to its name, CC’s mission is to inculcate in its services the mental process of knowing, including aspects such as awareness, perception, reasoning and judgment.
